This is a 'living' banner - as we get new submissions the banner should be updated within 5-20 minutes (of us confirming the add). After there are ~12 submission the banner will auto-update randomly every ~20 minutes - if you were added and no longer see your picture on the banner it may randomly get re-added in 20 minutes.
